• April 20th – Use of Space form due 
• April 30th – Let the BIA know if you plan obtain your own SOP *restrictions apply 
• May 20th – furniture order form due 
• June 7th –  all vehicles must be off of the road by 10am

What you can expect 

→ A free festival for the community: 

• no charge for BIA members to participate in Do West Fest
• no charge for attendees 

→ Street closure from Ossington Ave to Lansdowne Ave

→ Our BIA members showcasing all the cool stuff offered within our BIA 

→ Three full days of programming

→ Festival Infrastructure including: public washrooms, waste removal, security and police, water trucks.

→ Kids Activities

→ Art Installations 

→ External Vendors 

→ Four music stages – programmed by The Garrison, Lula Lounge, a Community Stage.
